FAQs

Q: Can you get melatonin or Lemme Sleep?

A: Unfortunately any products containing melatonin including Lemme Sleep cannot be sourced and sold in the UK. This is because it is a prescription medicine here and so it is illegal to sell it.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: At this time, we do not fulfill custom orders. However, please do suggest products you would like to see via my contact form or TikTok (@thebritishamerican) so I know what products you guys would like me to stock! A lot of the products I have bought in are as a result of these suggestions, so keep them coming.

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the UK (including Northern Ireland).

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Everything we sell its available in our stock room ready to go! No long wait time for your items to cross the Atlantic. We dispatch within 48 working hours!
